The following Terms & Conditions are outlined below to ensure a safe and enjoyable event. By purchase of a ticket and attending this event you agree and will be bound by the Terms & Conditions herewith detailed. This will ensure a safe and enjoyable event. Thankyou.
Please note this is an all-weather venue with The Theatre, seating, staging etc all undercover.
It can be adapted to all weather conditions including the structure sides removed to take advantage of good weather.
This is a picturesque location with close to Theatre parking and very short distance disabled parking.
The Sun sets on the bar side outside of the structure.
Please read the Terms & Conditions of Ticket Purchase and Important Information and Risk Assessment for your safety at all these events. This is an integral part of ticket purchases and please read all sections and you agree to be bound by them.
Data Protection: We take your data information very seriously. This will not be shared. Your details will only be used in contacting you with relevant details concerning your booking or informing you of other concerts being announced that may be of interest (if agreed). We will only communicate with the primary purchaser and not a third party.
In the event of Government Guidance, if postponement of these events is deemed necessary for safety reasons or any other reasons beyond our control, we will inform you at the first opportunity and you agree to your tickets to be automatically transferred to the postponed date. Refunds will only be made where the event is cancelled and not postponed.
Your safety and that of our staff and artists is always our top priority. Socially distanced queueing (if still necessary) at the Box Office and Bars. PPE for all Box Office and Bar staff (if still necessary). Increased regular cleaning at every touch point, surface and toilets.
Supporting our staff by showing patience whenever queuing is required
Alcohol is strictly controlled under the Licensing Act and should not be brought with you to any concert or event. Where concerts are denoted Picnic Concerts - food and soft drinks may be brought along but not Alcohol. Strictly no Barbecues, Candles or naked flames of any kind or Glasses. Plastic containers only. A Bar will be available on site. High Quality Headphones are available at some events for enhanced listening and enjoyment. A refundable deposit is payable when booking headphones, but this will be refunded within 7 days of you returning the headphones as direct at the end of the event /concert day. Please check again individual concert information for more specific information.
Gazebo sites may be available for certain shows particularly picnic concerts. This is where you can bring along your own Gazebo and set up at the edge of the concert arena. Please contact sally@weloveconcerts.com
Disabled facilities are available on all events and both seating and close-by parking are available to disabled customers upon request by e-mailing sally@weloveconcerts.com with your phone contact details and you will be called to arrange specific requirements. Near to the events arena, parking is available and please do use this facility. It is a noticeably short distance from the events arena and please when driving on the site remain in first gear on both entering and exiting the site and be directed by stewards and signage. Parking is NOT allowed in any nearby roads to the site, please do not do so. Fines may be imposed.
Rubbish – Large waste containers are located throughout the site. Please use them.
Smoking/Vaping : Not allowed in the covered structure. There is a sign posted Smoking area where this is allowed.
First Aid : All security are SIA and first aid trained. They are also in radio contact with each other and out event control. Please do not hesitate to approach them for assistance of any kind whatsoever.
Camping & Campervans. Very limited overnight sites may be available subject to negotiation and related to each event. Please enquire in the first instance to sally@weloveconcerts.com
Evacuation Procedure – In the event of an emergency, Public announcements will made to advise you to go to the Evacuation point which will be identified on the site.

Conditions of Sale for All Shows
Once purchased, your ticket is your responsibility. Please do check them upon purchase. We cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions, but we are here to help;
Cancelled Shows
If WLC needs to cancel a show, you will be refunded the Face Value of the ticket only within 21 working days of cancellation. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduled Shows
Should a show need to be rescheduled, your tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, we are able to transfer your tickets to an alternative show of your choice. This will incur an admin fee and any difference in price of tickets will need to be paid.

Contact with Artists
Direct contact with performing artists is prohibited for security and health and safety reasons.
No direct approach to a performing artist should be made by anyone.
If you wish to write a letter to a performing artist, then please hand it to any member of our security or Box Office staff who will pass it on to the appropriate channels. No responsibility can be given.
Children
Children always should be accompanied by a responsible adult when attending a concert. Children should not accompany a performing artist when working on a concert. Children are not permitted in any backstage or dressing areas. Children will only be admitted with responsible adults to the auditorium when open.
